How GapCap helped Ashton Home Care with their cashflow
What Do Ashton Homecare Do?
Ashton home care is an independent, domiciliary care agency which was established to respond to the needs of their service users on a 24 hour basis.
Having acquired the business in February 2015, Managing Director Keith Pang was very keen to grow the business. However with the councils capping their rates of pay and Keith looking to increase staff to cope with the growing contracts with the local borough councils, working capital was becoming an increasing concern.
GapCap was able to release cash as soon as the weekly timesheets were signed off. This allowed Keith to pay his nurses efficiently on a weekly basis rather than having to wait on the councils 45 day payment terms. With the cashflow headache removed, Keith was able to continue to grow the business on his own terms.
